These were written during my training at the KOJO Academy of Taekwon-Do in Williston, VT under Master Stephen Barrett and Miss Denise Perron.  
I have stopped training, but this was a place that brought me wholeness and much enjoyment.  
I leave these up here, as the writing is still something I enjoy sharing.
